Customer satisfaction is important to Herbs & Heat. Because we deal primarily in food products, returns are limited for reasons of hygiene, food safety and product quality.

Refunds

• Refund requests are considered in eligible cases such as damaged, incorrect or defective products.
• Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• We may ask for photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
• Approved refunds are processed through the online payment method only.
• Refund eligibility depends on the nature and condition of the product or order.

Returns and replacements
We may consider a return or replacement when:

• A wrong product has been delivered.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The packaging was damaged or compromised at the time of delivery.
• There is a verified quality issue with the product.

We may ask for photos, videos, and your order details before approving a return or replacement.

Not eligible
Opened or partly consumed products, and issues reported after 24 hours of delivery, are generally not eligible, except where there is a verified quality issue.

Order cancellation

• You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Herbs & Heat may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or there are payment issues, incorrect information or other unavoidable circumstances. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded.
